Nicholas grew up in Bloomington, MN, and spent most of his time focused on being successful in school and sports. He accomplished a lot at Jefferson High School, for instance, being one of the state’s top long-distance runner, earning all-state honors. In addition to focusing on his own success, he thoroughly enjoyed helping others. He spent a lot of time volunteering at local food shelters. Eventually he pursued an Entrepreneurship degree at the University of St. Thomas. He loved the idea of applying his creative and leadership skills to his own business.
Nicholas eventually moved to Apple Valley and pursued a career in retail management. He became a district manager, overseeing 12 stores in multiple states. His experience led him to a Director of Retail Stores position at the MSP airport. But after the 2020 pandemic, the airport business took a fall and gave him the opportunity to pursue a career in another passion of his; real estate. He always loved working with people and putting a smile on their face. He saw a lot of his own values at Kris Lindahl Real Estate and decided to join the team.
Nicholas now knows that real estate is what truly makes him happy. He currently lives downtown Minneapolis with his partner and puppy, Stewy.
