Melody Maus

Melody grew up the youngest of 3 sisters, born and raised in South Minneapolis. Melody became a home owner in 2010 when she purchased her condo. After making some improvements, she waited until the market was prime to sell. She was fortunate to receive an all-cash offer, which allowed her to trade up to her first single family home. Melody enjoys gardening in her spacious yard, having bon fires and barbecues with friends. Bloomington is where Melody planted her roots and enjoys living. Melody started her career working in the hospitality industry in 2001. She quickly worked her way up from housekeeping to management. She worked throughout the metro area as a Hotel General Manager for over 15 years. Melody then stepped in to the world of property management. Overseeing the operations of a luxury high rise apartment community in Edina. Melody prudently coordinated ongoing building updates including; a complicated unit rehab program, a masonry project and a challenging fuel tank project. Melody’s experience lends her a comprehensive understanding of what it means to provide excellent service. She believes in the ago old value of treating others as you want to be treated. Melody has embarked on her role as a Real Estate Agent because she appreciates the significance of connecting people with one of the most important assets in their lives, their home.
