Matt grew up in Northern Minnesota, and enjoyed growing up hunting, fishing and hiking in the woods. He spent a lot of his time in high school playing several sports and working in the restaurant service industry. Eventually he pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing at the University of Minnesota-Duluth. Matt has a desire and a natural instinct to intertwine his interpersonal skills with the technical skills he learned while attending Business School.
After Matt's education he decided to stay in the Duluth Area and continue to develop his relationships with consumers and business owners alike. Matt has spent a majority of his career in the residential new construction and remodel industry working with contractors, vendors, architects and homeowners alike. Matt understands a vast amount of construction from technical things like insulation values and building codes to what's trending like window designs and interior carpentry practices.
Matt has developed an endearing passion for residential real estate ownership and all the things that come with it. He is excited to be a part of the Kris Lindahl Real Estate Team!
