Erica grew up in Minneapolis and currently resides in Richfield with her husband and young son. Having always had a desire to help others, she went to school to become a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and has worked to help others struggling with addiction and homelessness. Her work with those struggling with homelessness and addiction gave her an awareness of the importance of stable housing. After nearly a decade and working through the pandemic, she realized she needed a change but wanted to continue to work to help others. Then the Kris Lindahl Scholarship opportunity came up and she knew that was the direction she wanted to go.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, shopping, watching movies, and making handmade cards and photo albums. Having gone through the homebuying process, she understands the stress involved in buying a home.
