Drake Maxwell

Drake Maxwell was born in the Twin Cities and has lived the majority of his life in the Minneapolis area. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in business management from Minnesota State University, Mankato before starting his career in hospitality. He spent 5 years in hospitality management positions in boutique and upper scale hotels. His last role was Complex Director of Rooms at Chateau Elan Winery and Resort in Braselton, GA where he led Front Desk, Bell Services, Housekeeping, and Laundry Departments at the winery, The Hampton Inn, The Spa and The Inn at Chateau Elan. This experience has made Drake an expert in leadership, negotiation, customer service and creating personal and memorable experiences. The pandemic impacted business at the resort and once winter came along Drake’s position had to be eliminated.

Drake then moved back to Minneapolis where he took online courses in online marketing and web design. With this new knowledge Drake and his fiance, Jessie, created an online gift shop named Jar of Jess, where they sell candles and cosmetics.

In the fall of 2021 Drake and Jessie both took an interest in Real Estate and decided to get licensed and join the team at Kris Lindahl Real Estate. Drake’s extensive experience in customer service, creating memorable experiences, and negotiating deals makes him a great asset to have on your side when making the big decisions that come along with buying and selling a home.
