Phase II of Summers Landing in Cottage Grove Approved By City Council

Summers Landing Homes Cottage GroveThe second phase of popular residential community Summers Landing was just recently approved by the Cottage Grove City Council, according to a recent report from the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.  

Being developed by Lakeville-based Summergate Companies, 380 single-family homes are planned for the entire Summers Landing community, and 91 of those 380 homes will be built during the upcoming second phase. 

The first phase of the community already features 55 lots. 

Land and lot preparation is already scheduled to begin in March for phase II, which will encompass roughly 36 acres. As for what will be featured, Ramsey-based Capstone Homes will built a collection of villa-style homes starting in the low $300,000, while several other home builders will be offer traditional single-family residences that start in the upper $300,000s.
