Being called Ryley Ridge Estates, the new residential community will be built on 43 acres of land that was just recently annexed into the city of Savage to help facilitate the development, and it’s reported that developers paid $4.9 million for the site.

Lots at Ryley Ridge Estates will be sold by individual home builders and be available as early as this fall. For now, it appears most homes for sale in Ryley Ridge Estates will have either a two-story or rambler-style floor plan, while prices are expected to be somewhere between $450,000 and $700,000. Homes will also include somewhere between 3,000 square feet and 4,000 square feet, and the community will also feature a variety of wooded areas, open green spaces, and even a couple neighborhood ponds.
