Scott County’s population of about 130,000 residents is spread throughout seven cities, 11 townships and three unincorporated communities. The county is 365 square miles of prime southern Minnesota land. It is bounded on the west and north by the Minnesota River. Scott County is a large county covered by several different school districts.
