Ramsey County Housing Market
Ramsey County is the smallest and most densely-populated county in the state. The city of St. Paul is the most populous city in the county and doubles as the county seat and Minnesota’s state capital. St. Paul is a river city, lying along the eastern banks of the Mississippi River.
